Up to 4 people per booking
A valid credit card will be required to book your igloo.
Monday - Thursday time slots available (4pm - 6pm - 8pm)
Friday - Saturday time slots available (4:30pm - 6:30pm - 8:30pm)
All bookings will be allotted 1hr & 45min.
$300 food & beverage minimum (exclusive of tax & 20% gratuity)
A no-show reservation will result in a $50 per person fee. (see below for no-show policy)
Gift card sales count towards minimum spend
Full menu available with nightly specials
All igloos are fully heated
Private wireless speaker in each igloo

New Years Eve Bookings will require a $500 food & beverage minimum (exclusive of tax & 20% gratuity)

FAQ’s
What do I do when I arrive?
Call us when you arrive to see if your igloo is ready to be seated. We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes before your reservation time.
Don’t be late! Time restrictions still apply if you are late.
How do I make a reservation?
Click on your preferred date on the calendar to check availability. Then, choose what available time slot you’d like. You will then be required to provide your name, party size, and credit card information to reserve your igloo.
How do I confirm my reservation?
Upon booking, you will be sent a confirmation email from Rick’s. You will also be sent a reminder via email 72hrs prior to your reservation.
Can I make a reservation for less than 4 people?
Yes, but the food and beverage minimum will stay the same. We recommend parties of 4.
Are there gluten-free options available?
Yes, please let your server know about any dietary restrictions or food allergies, and we will be happy to accommodate you.
How should I dress?
The igloos are heated, but the doors will be opened for service periodically. We recommend dressing in layers.
Can you accommodate larger parties?
We highly recommend keeping party size at 4 people to insure comfort. Parties of 5 & 6 may be taken, but only at the 8pm & 8:30pm time slots. If you have 5 or 6 guests please book the time slot you prefer and contact the restaurant to confirm the exact number of guests.
What is the no-show policy?
The no-show policy : Only if NO guests arrive for the booked reservation will the fee of $50 per person be charged. If fewer guests arrive than booked no extra fees will be added but the food & beverage minimum will still apply. (New Years Eve fees vary)
